We use Australia Post and couriers for our deliveries everything we send will have a tracking number and we will provide that at the time of dispatch. We offer 2 services for our delivers:
1. Regular Post/Freight (with tracking)
2. Express Post (by request only) we offer express post on all items except large bulky items (such as furniture) and also when we do free postage promotions we don't offer the express service. Please contact us for a quote.
Some items may not have a delivery charge this will be placed in the items description and some items may have a flat rate of freight per item. Please read carefully.
We will ship most items to USA, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom, if you are outside those zones, sorry we no longer offer services to other areas.

Cost of Delivery (Australia)
We have automatically calculated delivery based on your location and item.
We usually ship items within 1 to 2 business days.
These are rough delivery days depending on location and time of the year and regular post, not express. Express can take 1 to 3 business day depending on location.
Melbourne Metro: 1 - 2 business days
Victoria Country: 2 to 5 business days.
NSW: 2 to 5 business days
SA: 2 to 5 business days.
ACT: 2 to 5 business days.
QLD: 2 to 7 business days.
Tas: 2 to 7 business days.
WA & NT: 4 to 12 business days
International Delivers: Varies depending on country and we will advise when item is dispatched.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
You the customer have the obligation to ensure you have sent us the correct delivery information, failure to do so may result in packages not arriving and additional fees may be charged to get the items to the correct place.
Items/products will be delivery between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and not on weekends or public holidays.
Items/products are sent via couriers or Australia Post and will be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange a delivery time if not at home on that day. If you know a day you are home please indicate and we will try our best to deliver on that day.
No goods will be left unattended unless prior written permission is given, Home Treasures will not take any responsibility of the goods if they are left without someone collecting the package.
Some goods may come flat packed or require assembly on delivery. We DO NOT assemble items before despatch; there are clear instructions in the packages and clear warning on the website.
A redelivery fee may be charged to buyer if the goods are returned to Home Treasures or unable to be delivered on time.
Once payment has cleared and order been processed we usually ship within 1 to 2 working days and delivery usually occurs within 3 to 12 working days later depending on location. We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of Customers orders, please note that delivery times are estimates only and Home Treasures are not liable for delays.
If the item becomes out of stock without Home Treasures knowledge the buyer will be contacted immediately and advised on the approximate delivery date or the order cannot be filled. If an order cannot be filled
Home Treasures will offer either of the following:
(a) Full Refund, including shipping, etc
(b) An estimated delivery date
(c) An alternative product to equal or greater value, but will be up to Home Treasures on an alternative product and will be in conjunction with the buyer.
(d)Or a store credit
If the Customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of Home Treasures, the Customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Home Treasures as a result thereof and Home Treasures, at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
If the item in which has been delivered is not the item that was paid for, the customer is to contact Home Treasures immediately. If the customer does not contact Home Treasures within 7 days the item will not be refunded or exchanged.
DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL
This applies to goods/products which has arrived broken or appear to be not in working order after initial use.
Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by Home Treasures
The goods are the Customers responsibility at the point of delivery. The Customer, upon taking delivery of the goods, is immediately to examine the goods and give written notice and photos to Home Treasures
of any defect within five (5) days of such date, failing which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by the Customer.
For glass breakages if insurance is taken out a replacement good will be sent at our costs, if no insurance is taken the buyer is responsible for goods and no refund or item will be replaced. We ensure we package the good before sending and breakages are minimal, however can occur.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Home Treasures will gladly refund or credit goods returned within 7 days provided the goods are in original condition, original packaging.
Warranty Information. All products sold by Home Treasures are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty that accompanies the product unless otherwise stated. Home Treasures makes no additional or independent warranty.
Warranties for Barstools: Only the Gaslift of the barstool is covered under a 6 month warranty of payment date. A copy of tax invoice/receipt is to be supplied. We will supply a manufacturer’s warranty to the term of 90 days from date of payment. A copy of tax invoice/receipt is to be supplied.
Money Boxes, Art Glass, all other products and everything that’s not specified: We do not have a warranty on these product.
Please ensure you inspect the item as soon as you receive it.
Please ensure you inspect all items on arrival and notify us within 7 days of any faults, damages, etc that have arisen in delivery. Failure to notify us within 7 days means we reserve the right not to honour anything that has occurred within transit, etc.
We ask the buyer to return items via our couriers which will be advised for any damaged goods.
Please do not return the goods at your own leisure as Home Treasures will not be liable for any costs involved in returning items without approval.
A refund if required will be given once item has been returned (via our authorisation and couriers) and upon inspection money will be return within 5 workings days from receiving the goods back to Home Treasures
