What if my item is a present?
Home Treasures will gift wrap all items with their signature gift wrap and ribbon at no extra charge upon request.

We will also attach a gift card to the item and please place your a message at checkout.

We will email you the invoice and send only a packing slip with the order.
Please note we will only gift wrap smaller items, such as soft toys, pewter money boxes, kitchen goods, etc, however will not gift wrap furniture or large bulky items unless specified in item details.  Please read the items details for further information.

Do my items come with a tax invoice?
Yes all items will come with a tax invoice inclusive of GST which will be emailed only to you.  There will only be a packing slip on the item, so rest assured if it's a gift there will be no prices on the item.

Stock on the website?
Almost all stock that is on our website is in stock and ready to be shipped, there are some rare occasions that an item may be over sold and therefore become unavailable and we will notify you as soon as possible.

Long time for delivery?
If you are worried about a delayed delivery or item has taken a long time to arrive please contact us asap on shipping@hometreasures.com.au and we will help you track your item and find out where it may be.

Wish list?
If you add something to your wishlist you are under no obligation to buy it and also allows you to pick gifts for later dispatch or ideas for the future.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment, which accepts visa and MasterCard.  We also accept bank deposit within Australia please contact us at accounts@hometreasures.com.au if you wish to direct deposit your payment.

Will you ship outside Australia?
We will ship most items to USA, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom, if you are outside those zones, sorry we no longer offer services to other areas.

Is Home Treasures a drop shipper?
No we are not, all items are sent directly from our warehouse and stock is all owned by Home Treasures, so there is no wait.

What if the page does not calculate freight?
Please contact us if the website does not calculate freight.

What if my item is delivered incorrect?
We pride ourselfs in not making mistakes, however from time to time they can happen, if there is an error in your order or goods have not arrived please email us at accounts@hometreasures.com.au
